EVEN WELL DONE SCHEDULES
- Field management don't believe in Schedules and go their own way
- Schedules are not properly updated and become out of sync with work
- Inaccurate status and planning information causing fail workflows
- Not understanding how to properly update and use of Software
- Constantly revising workflow
- Not keeping Contemporaneous job records
- Not properly using the schedule at field progress and review meetings
- Poorly Designed Enterprise Project Structure (EPS)
- Poorly Designed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- NonUse or Incorrect USE of Activity Code Structure or using WBS and codes
- Total misunderstanding of how to apply resources and costs
- Total Misunderstanding of proper CPM logic
COMPANY AND/OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT DON'T INSIST ON PROPER USE OF SCHEDULES - GOOD COMPANY PROCEDURES
